Samhita Jayanti is the founder and CEO of Ideamix. She leads a team focused on optimizing talent decisions and developing leaders across the investment & financial services ecosystem – financial sponsors, investment banks, M&A law firms, and their portfolio companies. Sam's expertise in behavioral assessment, financial services talent management, and leadership coaching has helped more than 50 professional services firms solve critical talent challenges, from investment team hiring and portfolio company CEO assessment to investment committee effectiveness. Prior to founding Ideamix, Sam held a senior business development role at Palantir and previously worked at G3, HarperCollins, and JPMorgan.
Mahitha Gokulachandra is a co-founder of Ideamix and leads product development, designing the platforms that power talent decisions for professional services firms. She combines her experience at Lucent, PeopleSoft, Oracle, and S&P Capital IQ with her passion for design and technology to create innovative solutions that empower individuals to achieve their goals.
