Founded in 2018 by Samhita Jayanti, ideamix is on a constant search for adventure stories of successful entrepreneurs and independent thinkers who dared to dream. Their anecdotes and advice are relatable inspiration for anyone standing at the threshold of their next move.
Each of us are at our best when the way we live and work are in harmony, consistent with our values and authentic selves. One of our “ideamixers” said it best: It isn’t work when you love it, and if you are what we do, then what you do needs to reflect who you are.
Sam Jayanti is passionate about entrepreneurship as a path to personal fulfillment and small business as the lifeblood of every economy. She attended Harvard College (A.B.) and Harvard Business School (MBA). Sam serves as a board member of Americares, one of the largest healthcare focused, humanitarian aid NGOs in the world. In her spare time, Sam loves playing tennis and skiing, and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.

An optimist at heart, Anuja strives to see the world not as it is, but for what it could be – she constantly works to better herself and her surroundings through her passion for social justice and community organising. After attending the University of Oxford (B.A) and Columbia University (M.A), Anuja joined ideamix where her role in operations allows her to demystify entrepreneurship for young people and change the image associated with the field to a more diverse (and realistic) one. In her spare time, Anuja can be found talking about politics or curled up in a corner with a book. There is no in-between.
We entertain, inspire, educate and empower people to turn their passions into ideas and their ideas into a business that fulfils the need for both profit & purpose.
